Sounds like turnover unit has an issue. We had some with a broken arm to the solenoid if I recall correctly.
Started in the copier service business in the fall of 1988 and worked at the same company for 33.5 years, becoming the senior tech in 2004 but left to pursue another career on 4/29/22.
The actuator on top of the turnover/exit unit is either off or out of position, 9 times out of 10 this is usually the cause for me.
