KM Bizhub Account Track - Can't Save Settings
I am working with a Konica Minolta on Mac OSX 10.14.6 .
Using account track with the Mac I am able to input my tracking code, but it won't let me save the settings, the box is grayed out. Does anyone know why this is happening?Screen Shot 2019-09-16 at 6.13.03 PM.jpg
I did some research and didn't seem to come across anyone else with this particular issue.

Re: KM Bizhub Account Track - Can't Save Settings
probably a permissions issue
try entering through cups
Enable CUPS for Printers on Mac OSX
To enable CUPS: Select and copy "cupsctl WebInterface=yes" (exclude the quotation marks) ...
Launch Terminal and paste in "cupsctl WebInterface=yes"4. Press Enter.
Using your web browser, go to http://localhost:631/printers/ and see your installed printers.

Re: KM Bizhub Account Track - Can't Save Settings
Install Acrobat Reader and set it up through this. Ran into this the other day. For me even going through CUPS did not allow me to save the setting until I used Acrobat Reader.
