I'm sure if there was a big market for it Kon/Min would include it. The 12x18 that is standard on most Kon/Min models is hardly used. I might have one or two customers that use 12x18 for full bleed 11x17.

In Architectural sizes that's Super B or B+ or in Metric sizes ISO Super A3 or A3+.

Keep in mind that on the bizhub presses the machine will accept that paper size and feed it, but does not print the full 13" width. You are left with a 3/4" front and rear void that does not print.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
