i found the issue, its was the clutch just right before entering the ADU, you have to remove the high cap feeder, its called VERTICAL CONVEYANCE SECTION.

theres a clutch 56AA 8201 2 PAPER FEED DRIVING CLUTCH

    says its MC13

i replaced that, all issue went away, its the hard to find clutches which gives issues if they are hard or do not stop moving then they need to be replaced.

    good luck

also getting j-3102 on our C6000. Already changed the gears but now returns.
I got the clutch but even with the assembly drawing I am like blind looking for the place.
(in the manual I got at hand its P 73 and CL13)
    Happy for any hint

Re: Km C6000 Jam Code J-3102

So far I didn't swap MC13 because before disassembling LU-202 I found out the following by coincidence:

    When printing 80g/mē I get J-3102 no matter if A5 / A4 and 4/4, 4/0, 1/0
Now I tried 120g/mē A4 and it works even with 4/4.
Do you still think it was something to do with
    • MC13

    or on the other hand
    • A03U809500 / A03U809311 (the fuser gears) ?

    Are there other explanations?
