help konica minolta c360 stripes on the printout

please help me during printing, such stripes are created,
the developers replaced and two black and cyanwhat to do print error attachedPlease help

Take out the transfer unit, remove the cleaning unit, vacuum it out clean the blade this may resolve the issue if the lines return order a new transfer unit.

Once like that you can scrap the cleaning blade. You can replace the blade with a 3de party blade but don't expect it to last long.
