Hi. I have a problem with a Konica c454e rebooting.I turn on copier, one fin comes up,some motors and fans cycle.scan light never comes on.10 or so seconds after turning on the copier,it shuts down, beeps then reboots. It constantly reboots.I resitted all connections on mfp board and took out ram memory and cleaned contacts.looking for some help. Also can i swap standard ram from another c454e?The copier up until yesterday was fine.Thank You.

You likely have to replace SSDB, call a tech as there are some checks and steps to be done prior this.

    +4 on the SSD advice.

    Re: rebooting

Before replacing the SSD, you might try a F/W update to the latest version. If it works, no need to replace the SSD.

    Re: rebooting

Just to clarify, you can get somewhat similar symptoms from a bad HDD. The machine will come to "Ready", and you might get one copy before the machine re-boots. If you're quick enough to get into service mode, you'll see the HDD capacity at 0MB.

But yes, I'll add another vote for the SSDB. They've been covered under manufacturer warranty if you're a dealer. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
