    bizhub 195 dirty

    Hi everyone,

I have one bh195 that copy is ok but the back side of paper appears dirty. ( black lines and dots )
The transfer roller damped with toner and a thin toner on the surface of drum.
I check the PM the drum runs 13K and 170K for developer.
    Any idea?

    Any gritty pages?
I don't know PM cycle of this model but 170k on developer seems too much to me, if I may guess rated developer life is probably at half. It's time to clean thoroughly machine replace developer and run calibration.

    P.S.
If I'm right, remember that on any machine it's utterly important to not skip too much developer shedule.
Loose Developer inside machine is recipe for problems, big problems.
