C6500 with j1608

Hello everyone, I would love help me with this problem. I keep getting jam 1608 in the PF unit on a C6500. I have swapped sensors and clutches clean rollers replace tires and bearings but continue to have the problem. Any thoughts?

Solution Usage


Description
PF-601, J-1608 after installing the modified plate forcurled which ismentioned in attached Bulletin Number 6546. This is mostlycaused by feeding12x18
heavy stock.
Solution
CAUSE: Feed timing is incorrect for Tray 5.
SOLUTION: Perform attached Registration Loop adj (Printer Adjustment) for Tray 5.
