    BH-C-3110, CE Password

Got from a wholesaler a BH-C-3110 with only 5k on the clock. CE Password has been changed to unknown. The usual 927...... is not accepted. Cannot call up the service mode.

    Any solution please?

    Re: BH-C-3110, CE Password

I'm willing to take a gamble that the password is not changed, it's just a little more difficult to identify. I spent a good hour figuring this out. It's only a slight variation on the Konica Minolta standard:

    V x8 down arrow to Utility > Select > Stop 00 Stop 01 > * to change alpha to numeric > 92729272 >
    Select

Are you doing firmware? It's a little strange compared to the usual Konica Minolta way. I'll attach the document:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks Cat. Yes, I am aware of that Alphanumeric issue and took care of it from the beginning, but no way.

You can try Engine DIPSW 28, that will execute forcibly new release of a toner cartridge...in case toner chip is bad.
