I cant seem to find in my manual the procedure my letter paper and legal paper have the same count.. I am sure I need to adjust legal to 2 clicks to be more fair to me any thoughts.?

Service mode, billing settings..counter--you want to choose what size the machine considers "large" and then be sure it counts 2 for each page. I don't think you're losing too much on LG, I would be more concerned with LD..This is the killer. E

I tested out 11 by 17 and it counts 2 clicks per side.. so that is good
I will take a look at the setting.. thank you so much

ok I got it.. thanks it was just something I had been thinking about the customer has been getting all the legal copies for letter price.. that doesn't seem like much but I know it has to add up. t hanks again for the help
