Agree, also you have to install the web browser firmware..G20-XXX. Won't funtion w/o it. I just had a C364e customer ask for this. The LK license was $50 his cost. Not to bad in the land of MFP options. Once you have the memory and firmware up to date you can activate the code from the control panel (assuming the MFP can get to the outside world internet) Service Mode/Billing/License Mgmt...Activation/Token Code/ enter token code. If the MFP is blocked, then you have to use KM's LMS server to generate a license code and function code. E
