C4050i magenta toner goes to PH

Hi, I did a couple of visits on a C4050i.


On installation I found some toner in the PH glass. After cleaning with the cleaning stick, everything is ok. Initially I thought of a possible moviementato transport.


After about a month, I came back to set up customer settings. The customer did not report any problems to me but I noticed an imprecise color again by printing the demo page. I found the magenta toner in the PH glass again. Currently TC has just over 1k


Now I have also updated the firmware from G00-23 to G00-73.Has something similar happened to someone?

Bix, Good job by spoting the problems before client complains about.

Not seen this so far but a couple of things:
1. Only magenta PH window is affected first and second time?
2. There were some threads here about IUs dumping developer and failed prematurely.

I will do 30% solid coverage test on all 4 colors to inspect them for diminish developer and will check TCR ratios in SM.
Next will do stabilize and gradations again if everything looks normal.

Exactly, only in magenta ph window. I noticed the problem by printing the univocal ones, I will keep an eye on it
