Add some color to those prints.
That would give more info.
If the registration stays ok its secondary or primary.
If its black only it could be drum?
Stretched print is something running to fast.
Compressed prints would be stuff going to slow like the paper being slow.
Except if things are running slower in relationship with something already moving that would stretch too?

Fuser garbing it with some vigor?
Are the print light on all colors?

Forgot to update this thread.
It turned out to be the printhead that was at fault.
