Cannot access service mode on Bizhub 500
Message came up to replace fuser call service. After replacing fuser I am locked out of service mode. Cannot reset counts etc.
Utility-meter-details-stop-0-0-stop-0-1 does nothing. Tried trouble reset using main switch and switch 2. Unplugged and let sit for several hours.
With new fuser machine goes thru normal startup, fuser warms up etc. but message to replace fuser call service remains.
Please tell me its a bad main board etc. Been a good box but with 2.5 million copies on this one I'm ready to upgrade this customer!

Did you get "troublereset" on lcd when hold utility and turn on main switch?
If you get message try open right door and type stop 00 stop 01 , you should get in service mode if i remember good.
Did you hear sound feedback when typing on keyboard, maybe some button not working and you can not enter SM.
