Konica C552 does not recognize A5 size on all trays and bypass

    Hi,
My konica c552 does not recognize A5 paper size on all trays and bypass tray and when I put A5 Paper on one of the trays, it shows only "????" on that tray icon instead of "A5" , also I can not print to A5 size from computer, is there a solution for this problem?
    Thanks.

Hi, have you tried to see the back of the trayers?
    Are all plastics intact?

    Thank you for your reply,
I checked the back of trays, all plastics are intact,
The machine does recognize A4 and A3 paper sizes on all trays and bypass tray, but this problem is only when I put A5 papers on all trays even the bypass tray.

Are you loading the paper LEF or SEF? It will feed SEF but is to short for LEF.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
