Possible faulty Print Head Unit, as a test, the print heads can be swapped.

Agreed with tbservice, most likely print head,have that situation long time ago.
what do you mean by printhead? is a multifunction A3 color laser. Konica Minolta bizhub C250 old machine.

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
Also don't ask me for files without a contributor badge.
a colleague who repairs Konica Minolta suggests that I revise the grids of perhaps oxidized photoconductor units. I'll start from here. Then I will think of the "printhead" unit.
Also check the harness between the Laser Unit and MFP Board, sometimes it's bad connection. Good Luck!
