Replace feed rollers - oem. Check tray 1 feed assembly and transport section - looks ok.
Change registration loop adjustment - no help.
Tray 2 feed correctly.
Any suggestion?
Thanks

1) The bizhub 423 has no"C", not color.
2) Do I really have to ask for a jam code? Come On! Wouldn't it be a great idea to use some of your resources like the jam codes and service manuals? If I showed up to a conversation about jamming without a jam code I'd be laughed out of the room.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You won't be able to see it without removing, but your bushing is probably wearing on the registration roller....Sometimes you can shine a flashlight at it and see the light through the other side. And it usually only affects tray 1.
I'd swap out the registration roller shaft and the bushings and you should be good.
Everyone has the right to be stupid. Some people just abuse this privelage more than others
Thanks for the reply, I'll follow up and I'll post the conclusion.
My mistake, it is the 423 not c423, the problem is that after posting the title can't be edited.
(I had another service call on the c451 and I mix the c with the 423).
if your changing the bushings do all 4 not just the 2 on the reg roller
always helpful to include meter count on queries like this -- bushings should be replaced around 700K mark.
check paper jam code.
this is probably the problem at: CL1 or clutch A02E561100
If you are referring to the older B&W Bizhub 423 and had the registration assembly out make sure the mylar sheet in under the guide when you put it back into machine. If not Tray 1 will jam & skew while tray 2 will work just fine fine.
