We have a Develop Ineo+ 2060L here that gives us some trouble:
C4641, C4642, C4643 (and a few 4631, 4632, 4633)
It appears only after printing, when the printer does the self adjustment, or when color registration auto adj. is made manually (after printing)
After a restart, color registration auto adj. finishs normally, several times.
We tried solenoid, Transferbelt and returning to install data.
Thanks for suggestions...
If color registration shutter solenoid is not failing it may be PRCB...is my guess.

One of my colleagues remembered a similar case... FW had a bug, so I will try that next.

It is a FW bug!
Everything newer than the G00 that was installed will solve it.
So, in the end it was not the mass production FW that solved it, its a bug fixing one gmf21. You have to search for C4661, all the other errors I had are not mentioned.
Whole trouble was caused by customer choosing Toner save in each tray setup (cheap f...).
I guess, printer uses low density only in adjustments outside of tech mode.
