sure it wasn't a BUZZZ or Zizzzzzt?
you really expect us to help with that GRAND accounting of your problem?
have you compared the sound to the timing chart in the SM?
did you pull covers in that area to better define the issue?
post a video of sound
what are page counts on the supplies/parts?
what have you done to try and isolate the problem?
as much as you post here, you should be well aware of the prerequisites to requiring help.
They are BIZZZhubs. LOL sounds like a power supply cooling fan may have popped loose.
Hi, it depends on what kind of noise you hear. A video could help
I have had several C364e with a hum coming from the power supply. If instead it comes from the fuser, you could try to adjust the Warp Up in the Service Mode (from Mode 1 to Mode 2, from mode 2 to mode 3 etc.)

Known issue on many bizhubs. I'm not a current KM tech but it was a capacitor on the power supply I think. It would buzz every 30 seconds or so. Sounded like a bug zapper. I think there was a update or bulletin in sure someone here can help.
Normal noise from power supply. Well not really normal but for Kon/Min it is.
Wanted to add that I believe the noise happens when the fuser lamps / inductherm sys turns on and off. When sitting idle it happens periodically turning fuser on / off.
If on the 554 and higher the squealing noise from fuser drive drowns it out so don't hear the customer complain as much. I had an electrical contracter almost sue me over a C220 buzzing to a point it was also buzzing at the circuit breaker. Once I saw that I had no choice but to take back machine and refund money. That wasn't normal. Would of sucked if a Biz C220 burned down a brand new building!

Its the TRIAC controlling the lamp current.
The white silicone blobs on the power supply capacitors and coils help to keep them from vibrating to much.
Really eerie noise, customers complain about it.
Whatever
