Bizhub 654e , gray copy of the back side of the original

Hello . The copier sometimes begins to make a gray copy of the back of the original. After turning off / on, the quality is restored. We replaced the Main board, but that did not help. We will be grateful for any advice.Thanks.

I'm guessing (shouldn't have to be guessing when someone posts here needing help) that you mean when you run an original through the ADF this is happening. If so, check connections on the ADF board on the ADF as well as everything between it and the board on the machine. Sounds like the CIS for the second side is having issues.

    Are there any codes?

We replaced the memory module - the copier works correctly .
