C6000 DCPS 1~ fail to power up !!!!

C6000 DCPS 1 fail to start up the machine!!

after the main power is switched ON, the machine just shows the power indicator LED in green and display stay blanck!
I have cross checked the DCPS in the other machine and confirm it is DCPS failure!!

IF ANY ONE CAN SUPPORT ME IN FIXING THE DCPS IS APPRECIATED.
