Language and Diplay problems

Hi, i update the firmware of a Konica c224e, after the upgrade i had two issues:

1-Spanish language option disappeared from the menu
2-on the main screen a pink box appears covering the options

What can I do to solve the problem?
I suspect it is the firmware version, although it is supposed to be for those models

what is the exact file name of the firmware?? and did you check your county code in service mode to ensure this hadn't changed? I would expect if you did all system init back to factory then the country code would change as well. E

When you update the firmware you get the option to set the default language & machine type for your country.

Sorry for the delay.
The firmware file is A5C10Y0-F000-GDK-M1, I made a mistake in the newsletter attached to the firmware that does not include Spanish language.
Now I have to get the right file, I don't know if it's possible you can help me.

why GDK firmware? thats not normal.
if you dont have a finisher tri-fold issue (what that special FW is for) then load the regular G20-m1 firmware.

The GDK fw was pulled from the KM's site - I had the pink line too so that was probably the reason.

GHV-M1 should be the minimum fw installed on that model per Bulletin 11472 (possible data loss issues).
You have to follow the specified procedure though
