    Question jamming

    Hi All,
Have a C754 that had a couple of jams from bypass using Thick 1 paper - now machine still says paper jam, (& code 11) but no paper to be found. Cleaned rollers and blew out some accumulated paper dust, but no go. Any thoughts? Thanks

take out the clear&gray paper dust remover from the sync roller in the door and REALLY clean it well.
double check the OHP detecting sensor, can be dusty.
paper dust tricks it into thinking there is paper there.

It's the one behind the paper dust collector. You may find that it's necessary to clean the three sensors in that area. You separate the 2nd transfer assembly from the door to see the three sensors. It gets very very dusting in that area. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
