I do not want to print over the internet using IPP. I just want to access its PSWC using WAN. Machine is already connected with the internet.

Then that's the setup you may looking for.

You customer must setup port-forwarding on there router.
If they don't get a static IP from the provider the WAN IP for the router will change on every restart.
DDNS will then need to be used.

Why do you need this functionality?
    Whatever

install Remote Panel on a server in your office then set them up to connect to it under the client remote panel option on PageScope

only downside is you will need them to intiate the connection on the copier for you and provide you the PIN

I think only Konica Minolta techs would be able to use remote panel option in CSRC as I have tried it in the past using our own internally hosted Remote Panel server and nothing shows up

with WWRSPF you can connect to a customer at 1000km from you, with no problem. You press Remote Panel and the MFP will be available for remote connection. Your client doesn't have to do anything.

You need to be able to VPN or remote desktop services into the network. As the KMs probably have non routable IP addresses, you will never be able to see them outside the network unless you were setting up some kind of IPP printing. What you would do access the VPN through a website ie remote.companyname.com. Once in you are virtually on their network and can see the printers. There is another way through the KM called remote panel client. Never have set this up, but it allows the copier to connect back to a server out on the web somewhere and then you can view the web page from here.

If you port forward 50433 it might let you use remote panel in server mode?

With WWRPSF no VPN, static IP or any other software is required.
You can always connect from the outside even if the client has a dynamic IP. The WWRSPF is an integral option to the CSRC. The only requirement is that it only works in the most recent MFPs, so from series 8 upwards (it is configurable also in 4052, 227, C227)
