If you are more specific about manufacturer it would be easy. In general every brand has its own approach and tools depending on what you need to do. For an example KonMin have Remote panel, CSRC, Vcare etc.

I saw the WWRSPF. This is a new feature in the CSRC that allows you to access the remote panel immediately, without the user having to press anything.

It sounds to me like you're looking for V-Care + Remote Panel. If I understand correctly each registered machine gets billed for. We've attended the webinar. The KM demonstrator tried to present that this as really easy, that the janitor could do it. Our guy that specializes in Toshiba Cloud Connect and Kyocera Fleet Services spent a couple hours and 3 resets to get the first machine connected. I'm skeptical. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

To setup remote panel to work on the local network is easy enough.
Did it the first time by following the outline in the service manual.
Used anydesk at the time to get access to a local machine.
From there you can access service mode, but no one should use the machine and once logged in the customer cant use the machine.

Sure you can access it remotely with out the help of anydesk or teamviewer if port-forwarding is setup on the router.
    Whatever

Any small mistake on the configuration will cause it not to work. Spent countless hours waiting for the service controllers to configure it correctly.
Once they got the hang of it it was a simple routine.

Many customers had the ports blocked then its a struggle with the IT companies...
Preferred the GSM modems over the HTTP setups.
    Whatever

Re: Remotely access MFPs over internet

Easiest way to access admin mode of any machine/mfp is to setup a pc server and install a program such as Teamviewer. That way if you're in a multi brand environment you'll have a unified/ uniform method of accessing web admin of each machine with no pinholing/port forwarding issues. Just my 2 cents worth.
