Konica Minolta C454 - status notification

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows on here, we have set up status notifications on one of our customers machines to let us know when to supply them with toner. Is there a way to increase the level on the machine for it to detect 'low toner' and then for the notification to send to us via email?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Service mode - system 2 - dipsw 152 = 02


now go to system 2 - unit change - warningdisplay near empy display time and here you can decide when to warn you
