    biz 364e remote care messg

How do you turn off the "failure to connect for CS remote care" message or something like that? Just bought a machine from wholesaler and has this annoting messg. Think I had this before but forgot what I did to turn off.

I've tried a few things posted on this forum and didn't work. One of the solutions from this forum said procedure may have to be done a few times to stop message but did several times and still have the message.

As a last resort if I do an all data clear in service mode will that get rid of message?

    Thanks in advance
