Minolta c284 no update firmware

I cannot update the firmware of the machine.
Does not load the update program by the usb, turning on the machine the panel goes black
for a while and ends up turning on normally.
Several pendrives tested and with different firmware versions.
It may be that the machine is missing the MFP Card Version ??

I have tried to update from the internet isw, but the mktar_zeus.bat fails,
I have compressed the folder manually with the command .tar
the machine downloads the file a161fw.tar from the ftp server but it ends up giving error
Does anyone know how the update is done correctly?

your method is not even remotely close to the correct firmware installation method.
read the service manual.
if you dont have one, become a contributor and ill send it to you.

just take all the files from the folder and put them on the root. nothing else needs to be on the usb

Those are the steps that I do exactly, I have already updated several
bizhub 4 series machines before.
The problem with this machine is in step 7, the point does not appear in
the corner, only the panel remains black longer to finish starting normally

Maybe the translation from Spanish to English has not been exact,
but I don't understand your answer...

According to the service manual there are only 2 ways to update the firmware of these machines.
1: as indicated by "the Bizhub 4 Series FW update procedure using USB memory stick V2"
by Copier Tech.
2: downloading over a network using the internet ISW, a method that I have not used
before since it is much more difficult than inserting a flash drive into the service port

does the root of the drive look like step 5?
