    Bizhub c3350 switch 5 setting for toner issue?

    Anyone know what the setting should be for software switch 5 to alleviate cartridge problem?

    wasnt it engine dip sw 34?
    yes engine sw 5

    4.25.5 DetailsofEachFunction-Choiceoftoneremptyrecoverymode
    (1) Use
    4 To perform the auxiliary toner replenishing sequence when the old toner cartridge is replaced after a toner-empty condition.
    4 OFF: Not performed (default)
    4 ON: Performed
    (2) Procedure
    1 Touch Service mode, -> Engine FW DipSW.
    2 Touch 5, select ON, and touch OK.
    3 Touch Close and exit from the Service Mode.
    4 Be sure to exit service mode BEFORE powering off the machine

    Below fix doesn’t exist on c3350 that we could ever find.
