C2211: IU Motor Failure

With age of that model it could be some of those things listed by other poster but I would look at something simple first, the image unit binding up or more likely the small gears that drive IU are stripped / binded. I had a lot of these old work horses at one time and never had to replace anything for C2211. But like I said as old as it is now anything is possible!
The gear on the motor also wears down.
Big plastic gear vs metal motor gear, the metal gear fails.
In the case that its the motor just replace it better would be to replace the motor and the drive.

Hopefully you have a parts you can swap from. Not sure you will be able to get new parts for it, especially in Beruit.
