What is wrong?????? Please help!!
It seems to do fine with 20lb paper but this is 110 lb card stock. I have done hundreds of these prints with no problems and all of a sudden this is all I can get with the heavier paper

It looks like the toner isn't getting fused to the paper properly.
Have you set the tray to the correct paper setting?
Yep. Looks like you don't have the tray set to thick paper. You should run thick paper from side tray ONLY set to thick 3 or 4 paper. If the paper is really glossy it will not work with this model.
There is *some* fuser offset there, but it ALSO looks like it could be the Intermediate image transfer belt cleaning blade going bad as ALL COLORS are being affected!!!
PS--The "Repetitive Defect" distance is too great which indicates that it IS NOT the fuser rollers...most likely the ITB!

Yes, there's a high voltage loss going on here. It could be any one of the imaging units. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
