Bizhub C552 Jamming

Jamming at rollers above fuser in door. Part of image is missing as in example. It does after running 10 copies or so. It seems to only happen out of bottom large capacity drawers. The copy is slightly z-folded. I was thinking clutch but I don't know how it would through fuser already folded.

What about the 2nd transfer roller?
There is something in the image that does not convince me. Sometimes it could cause some jams if not replaced. But first of all, I would start with a paper test from Service Mode and try to understand if it actually does it only from a specific tray

It does it from both large capacity drawers, but I couldn't get it to do from upper drawers. Ran over 100 from upper drawers and it worked fine. That's what getting me on this one.

you checked if the paper feed rollers are worn out, and lubricated bearings

Haven’t seen one of these for years but I seem to remember there’s a driver board for the two large trays that could cause fuser jams when it failed.

Might be worth a try.
