Bizhub C368 Bootup Screen

I'm on a C368 bizhub, but the option is disabled.
Is there any dipsw or some configuration for the option to be unavailable on the panel?
Nothing in the configuration manual, just installation

Try firmware. Then emmc board faulty

Are you positive that in System 2 - Import config data - BootUp screen tab is missing?

this may be a result of USB connection settings being disabled, or enhanced securty set to ON. E

You cant disable the boot up logo by default is the KM logo or you can change it to your own.

Good morning guys.


The solution for my case was to format the HDD in physical, disable HDD, base firmware until the most recent, format SSD, enable HDD, format logic, and finally the option I needed appeared.
