Konica C220 error c171 and c186

Hi, I'm a new member. i have a problem with konica minolta c220. When it is switched on, there is error c171 and c186. How can I solve it? I read that the firmware needs to be updated but I can't find it.

Firmware updated fixed the issue for the person who made the original thread.

The only way to get your hands on the firmware files is either through a KM dealer or someone who has access to KM's partner network and can download the files for you.

If you contribute to the forum, someone might be willing to send the firmware files for you.

I currently don't have any firmware files for the C220/280/360, so unfortunately I can't help you.

I would highly suggest however that you get a tech or someone that knows what he is doing to install the latest firmware on your machine, since you're not so confident about what you're doing.
