Previously, Scan to SMB worked using a registered SMB server that used a service account's credentials to authenticate with the fileshare. No issues. Well recently we've started rolling out PrinterLogic Secure Release and converting our badge-enabled KM's to run PrinterLogic's control panel application with Single Sign On. Everything works perfectly, except for scan to SMB. I've tried every combination of credential format to try to get it to log into the fileshare with the current session credentials (the AD account tied to my badge), but it refuses to work and throws a "failed to connect to server" every time. I'm not sure if this is directly related to PrinterLogic, and the fact that the CPA changes the copier's settings to use it as a "relay server," or if I'm simply doing something stupid. Any information anyone can provide would be much appreciated. Thanks!
