Bizhub 654e scanner problem

Hi guys, I have configured the scanner users and saved them as favorites, but they do not appear on the machine to select, we have tried formatting the HDD and optical memory, updating the movie data and the firmware of the machine, but they still do not appear, Does anyone know why this happens? thanks

I have already managed to solve it, the machine came with a very strict configuration, the problem was in the level of authorization of the public user to see the addresses, I have placed it in level 5
