C-4520 Error ON C6500

Anyone had this problem?

When I start printer on “Now adjusting” (color registration) it end with C-4520.
If I try automatic color registration in service mode, it end with C-4501 .

First I have cleaned color reg. sensor, then I replaced.
I double checked yellow drum unit for foreign objects, also replace it.
I checked transfer belt unit, upper roll to see if it’s damaged, but seems to be ok.

I saw a little problem, when I try to set transfer belt speed, When I print test page, It came with magenta ok, straight line color but yellow on top at 1mm in left, and when it goes down, it came over magenta line.
