Hello everyone
We have disabled supplies notification in service mode for drums etc. on the machine.
But mac users still get notification about expired drums etc. on their mac computers.
Is there any way to avoid this??
Thanks in advance :-)

Disable SNMP on the copier
That works but you have to know in a mixed system with mac and win then you get trouble with printer is offline on the win computers.
Maybe the 227 switch (hide unit status) can do the same but until now i have no experience because i haven't been using it for long. For contracts its a good thing.
Use switch 230.

why not just change the parts out when they have reached PM cycle? no CQ/PQ problem calls, customer doesn't feel you are doing the service correctly... boss won't get calls from irate customers.
never understood why you would put yourself in that mess.
