Gentlemen.
I have a 363 that has a large capacity tray with a bad c1 board. The board is the same when used in the 420 series. i had the 420 board. It does not work in the 363. Is it possible to flash the board with firmware to get it to work or do I need to find a 363 board?

the 363 uses a PC409 and the 420 uses a PC402.
not entirely the same.

434801010A main board in pc-409 in a PC402 its 4348010105 if it was just a number revision maybe but a letter to a number tells me its different on the logic level.
