Konica Minolta End of life report

This report may help out some people to see when machines will stop being supported by K/M. This is the 3 years out report from 1/20/20

I use this to show customers that their model will no longer be supported as of that date and plant the seed to upgrade at some point after that date. No harm in keeping the customer informed. Plus they can never say you didn't warn them if it gets to a point you can't get a part for a no longer supported machine.

I love showing these reports to customers only to have em say they just purchased the copier from the leasing company and don't plan on buying a new one. It doesn't help when your service manager just keeps renewing service contracts and being forced to frankenstein a fix with no parts.
