Fiery IC-415 for C1060 update to v2.0/2.1

Hello,
can anyone tell me how to upgrade IC-415 to Ver. 2.0 - the only available System Software *.iso's are for version 1.0
However, there are some references to mysterious document DLBT1500554EN describing update process.

If FW version of IC-415 is 1.0(SP1), please upgrade to 2.0 with free of charge. (DLBT1500554EN)

But I have no access to this document on Infohub/Knova in my region (there are huge differences in accessible documents between regions).

Can anyone look for this document, or just tell me how to upgrade?

It depends - document can state: Free of charge upgrade to 2.0 is available through Fiery Update Service like the other patches...
In this case even end-users could upgrade their Fiery controller. However, there is a little chance of that.

I'm pretty sure 1.0 to 2.0 is paid regardless of contract..2.0 2.1 ect is FOC.
