I have a small print shop in not big city in Russia. last two years I bought some used KM printers: bizhub 501, 421, c227 and repair it. sometimes it was succesful, sometimes not Two months early I bought c253(1) and c353p(2) in bad coundition, and bought c253(3) in good coundition with constant hourglasses.
I taken mfp with NV ram from (1) and some parts with (2) and complete one working c253.
Now I want to complete (1) or (2), but with firmware I having [C253_A02E0Y0-F000-G10-R6; C203_A02E0Y0-F000-GEQ-J8(00)] I had a c-163 firmware error.

So, early I want to contribute and asking firmware, but now we aslo have carantin by covid 19 situation, and I need to discrease my paying, but have some times to repair printers. And it's a reson becouse I wask help.

You already have latest FW for C253 (G10-R6). As for error, C-C163. Maybe you are trying to assemble machine with boards from C353p. C353p have different FW hence this error. Which may occur after flashing the MFP firmware. It signifies a ROM contents faulty error due to incorrect or corrupted firmware being installed. I may try to help.

I tryed different variants. Swap mfp, pwbc etc.

Early, without c253 (3) I tryed:

The c253 (1) was with description: by mistake using another black toner and some mechanism was broken. The noise near rear cover is bad.

So, I dissasembled all parts, incuding TONER CONVEYANCE SECTION, clean all , and swap drives, motors(uses it from c353p( I cann't see any difference).
After complete this, printer was printing, but absolutly without black colour. I think, that problem was in PH black unit. I want to swap it from c353p.
But I bougth c253(3), swap mfp and nv ram by (2), and (3) was printing good.

Last time I want to complete one printer using (1) and (2). I buy CF card 128 mb, Firmware imaging tool and start NV RAM reset tool.
so, now after using NVRAM reset tool for c253, the counter of prints is cosmic = 40253114 copies.
and c-163 error.
After I use R-6 firmware - pic attachedafter firmware update.jpg

and still error c-163

There was clearly a flaw in the plate changing process. You need firmwares and a good technician to think correctly and logically what should be done at the end of each stage of the process.

We can pass all the firmwares, but it will be necessary to understand what is happening and decide what should be done.
