Bizhub C4050i 2nd transfer roller issue

Hi all,

I have a very annoying issue in that my customer has knocked out the 2^nd transfer roller so machine is jamming.

Easy fix? No the roller simply wont clip back in! I can’t see anything broken.

I literally spent an hour onsite trying to get this roller to fit back!

Has anyone else seen this? I can only assume a small part of the conveyance section is broken.

take a gander at the reinstall if u haven't, there's an area it stresses to look out for. I haven't had the pleasure of servicing this model just yet.

if the white plastic springclip(s) broken you need a new roller assy.

Thanks, I can see it should simply clip in like all the KM models do but it doesn't!
