    Bizhub Pro 920

    I have a Bizhub pro 920 that keeps saying special paper in all the trays. Even though I have them set to normal. Any ideas?

    check if you have the same settings on the driver and from the web

    I'll check what the web interface says, but the driver says letter size.

    paper setting should be nothing selected but the "--"

    dont have a 920 any more but pretty sure.. driver wont override just try to match.

    Trays need to be adjusted as per the manual to get it to detect the correct sizes?
    The the pot could be out of calibration.

    Same issue when copying?

    Isnt "special" a paper type not a paper size?

    In service Mode you have printer ajust,
    And a ajust casette type
