We had Just do reset error.tar
Upgrade firmware and format HD.
It reset the counters a few days ago and we had to insert the serial again.Originally Posted by Synthohol

Set the machine up as if it was new out of the box.

why did you run the reset file?
did you enter the machine type?
honestly anyone that "accidentally" resets the meters without following the proper procedure has some karma to pay.
