Checked all the usual stuff, including the connector at rear bottom, unplugged and replugged. This machine has been glitchy from the beginning and I'm hoping I didn't sell a complete lemon. F/W is at -45. Will check into that next. Never was able to set the copy screen to default BLACK from Color...

fw45 is very glitchy and probably your issue do not use 4a ever either. get latest and update without the added tray.
