Anyone familiar with the BH 25e ?

I've never seen them anywhere before except a customer I have on a remote island with 5 of them I cant even get to for obvious reasons.

The issue is it keeps saying the side door is open (the main side door)

I dont even remember how the door is detected as closed, is there a switch a photo sensor or what? Is there a tab that snaps off the door, anything like that?

The parts manual for this machine has disapeared like its never existed too.

Just looked at your picture again. That is the Biz 25 NON "E". I think this was a Kon/Min made box and wasn't that good. The 25 "E" covers are black and is made by Muratec. It is a decent small box. Sorry don't know the type of sensor used for side door but if you PM me your email I will send you parts manual for Biz 25 which should show what is used.

I'm not sure about that one, this is the one we sold - They were never sold in all markets and KM themselves left it up to each region to decide if they wanted to sell them. They are a Muratec engine.

Maybe the side door interlock actuator is broken off or the accompanying sensor is bad?

Just a closure to this thread - I ended up finding the muratec parts manual, found the door interlock - showed the customer in email.

They glued a fin extension onto the door itself and the machine is operational again.

Gotta love customers that can fix things themselves.
