Konica Minolta C364e error code C-5603- Extended Communication Board Error

Hi all,

I have an error code C-5603 which is the extended communication board error.

I have swapped HVB, PH unit and expansion board from a working Konica Minolta C-364e but its still displaying the error code.

Please any tips would help.

I just swapped the flat cable that connected from the MFPB to the PH unit transfer board from a working KM C-364e and its now working okay.
