    Anyone know what error

    RQ-00-00

    means?

    Its popped up in CSRC on a C258 but cant find any details on what it means. just ignore?

    Hi, what symbol comes out?
    YY = Special copy.
    RQ is "Manual intervention request" (category: other).


    I believe your client is playing with the PSWC settings. To make that request he/she pressed "Maintenance - User call".
