Another mildly interesting jam today - FS-537 J-7222 top output tray

On the virtually never used top output tray.

Its never worked from delivery - the customer never used it so didnt care.

Today I had a moment and disovered why.

    How ridiculous.

If at first you don't succeed, try the way I told you how to do it in the first place.

Well, nice video! But in the end what was the cause? Who blocked what?

The spring was wrongly placed from factory. Machine has million clicks but they never used top tray. Obviously quality control never checked that FS.
    EKMT nice catch. Keep enlightening.

    Funny! Thanks for sharing. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
